• * Couch-Places.
• Rates quoted are for the number of guests accommodated in the beds. Surcharge due to over-occupancy accommodated on a sofa/divan or on additional bed : Euro 15 per/day, € 60 per/ week.
• PRICES INCLUDE: Wireless service, Use of pool ( open from May to September), Linens, including pool towels, Water, Electricity, Gas, Private covered parking, Private Washing-machine, Weekly laundry change, Final cleaning, Highchairs and Use of the mountain bikes, All Taxes (IVA 10%).
• In the price not included: the individual heating (by consumption: each apartment has its counter), Baby bed  (until 3 years: € 7 per/day), daily cleaning: € 9/hour, baby-sitter: € 10/hour, Pets extra cleaning ( Euro 20).
• Closing: from 08/01/11 to 25/03/2011 and from 24/09/11 to 02/12/11.
• **30/06/12 to 25/08/12 the apartments can be rented only weekly, from sat to sat.
  Shorter periods available in off-season (2 day minimum).
• Check-in: between 16.30 h until 20.00 h (flexible: previous phone call)
• Check Out: until max. 10.00 h ( not flexible).
• Deposit required to confirm a booking is 30% with balance due on Check out.
• A Security deposit of euro 150 is due on arrival and fully refundable upon departure.
