This impressive stone manor house, dating back to the 13th century, has been recently converted into a charm and refined country vacation rentals, where the subtle pastel shades, together with the carefully selected furnishings, contrast perfectly with the severity of the stone, the red-baked floor tiles, the wood and the wrought iron to create a personal and pleasant ambience which appears fresh and new. Now our Country House Torre del Guado is an elegant holiday farmhouse with a well-tended equipped garden, situated in panoramic position amidst the green and picturesque landscape of Tuscany, at northeast of Arezzo, close to Umbria. The outside setting is delightfully tranquil, surrounded by meadows, with excellent views of the the Appenines mountains and Tall Valley of the Tiber.

The location of the holiday home, at 32 kms from Arezzo and not far from Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria, is a perfect base for visiting Rome and many cities of art of Tuscany (Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Cortona etc.) and Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia...).
They all are all easily accessible through the nearby E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 34 kms far.
